Boston, MA — Boston is set for a cool yet sunny Sunday, with temperatures in the low to mid-50s, bringing ideal fall weather for outdoor activities. Residents planning to head out should dress warmly, as a noticeable chill will persist throughout the day.

According to the National Weather Service, Sunday’s temperatures will hover around 51°F, with light northwest winds maintaining a crisp, cool air. The evening will bring mostly clear skies with temperatures dropping to the mid-30s. Residents should be prepared for the chill, as calm overnight conditions could make the air feel even colder.

Looking ahead, Boston’s forecast hints at a gradual warming trend. Monday will continue the cool pattern, with highs reaching about 55°F and partly sunny skies. As the week progresses, Tuesday marks a turning point with highs jumping to 70°F, and Wednesday could see temperatures climb to a balmy 75°F, offering an unseasonably warm midweek experience.

This warming trend, however, won’t last indefinitely. By Thursday, temperatures are expected to ease back into the mid-60s. Despite the ups and downs, the extended forecast shows partly sunny skies and relatively calm weather, providing a stretch of pleasant fall days for the Boston area.

As the region transitions into November, this weekend’s cooler temperatures serve as a reminder of the approaching winter months. Residents should enjoy the sun while it lasts, as weather patterns are likely to shift as the season deepens.
