Tennessee Family Seeks Answers after Electrocution Tragedy at NASCAR Street Race

Hermitage, TN – Shockwaves reverberate through the racing community as the family of Duane Tabinski, an esteemed audio specialist who tragically succumbed to electrocution at a NASCAR street race in Chicago, demands answers. 

As the owner of his own events company, Tabinski was a skilled veteran in equipment setups. Witnesses reported that he was trapped in a hazardous “padlock” electrical area, leaving paramedics unable to reach him promptly for treatment. 

The incident raises serious concerns regarding safety protocols and emergency response. The investigation continues to shed light on the circumstances surrounding this devastating event.

NASCAR officials called the death a “fatal metrical emergency” at the time of the incident. He leaves behind five children and seven grandchildren.
