The significant weather change will occur on Saturday, with thunderstorms predicted throughout the day. The temperatures will range from 89-94 degrees, but with the peak heat index expected to hit between 98-103 degrees, the weather will feel extremely hot and muggy.
Sunday will continue to bring unsettled weather, with more thunderstorms forecasted and temperatures fluctuating between 85-90 degrees.
As we move into next week, Monday and Tuesday are projected to have clear skies, with temperatures around 82 and 91 degrees, respectively. Wednesday may bring partly cloudy conditions with temperatures peaking at 71 degrees.
