Lincoln County, KY – A man died after his pickup truck veered off the road and crashed into a pond in Lincoln County. The accident was discovered when a local property owner noticed damage to his fence and called authorities.
First responders arrived at the scene and pulled the submerged truck from the pond. Inside, they found the man deceased, the only occupant of the vehicle.
Lincoln County Coroner Farris Marcum confirmed that the body has been taken to Frankfort for an autopsy. The man’s identity will be released after the family is notified.
