The Strickler Planetarium has a rich history, having been constructed in 1967 and extensively renovated in 2008. It transitioned from a mechanical star projector to a fully digital projection system in 2019 with the installation of the Digistar 6 system. This upgrade allows for a more immersive and educational experience, simulating real-time travel through space with stunning accuracy.
