Bourbonnais, IL – Get ready for a fall celebration like no other! The Bourbonnais Township Park District is thrilled to host its 11th Annual Scarecrow Contest and Festival at Perry Farm Park. The family-friendly event happens on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
Over 100 scarecrows will fill Perry Farm, showcasing the creativity of local families, businesses, and groups. Starting Tuesday, September 3, you can register for the Scarecrow Contest. With a $30 fee, you’ll receive a scarecrow frame and the chance to compete in categories like People’s Choice, Business, Non-Profit, School, Youth, and Individual/Family. Cash prizes await the winners!
While enjoying the scarecrow displays, you can also indulge in delicious food and explore the community arts stroll. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite scarecrow!
