Indianapolis, IN – Indianapolis police are intensifying their search for a grey sedan involved in a fatal hit-and-run on the city’s near east side. The incident occurred early Sunday morning in the 1300 block of East Washington Street, where a bicyclist was struck and killed.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), officers responded to the scene around 2:45 a.m. and found an adult male lying near his bicycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses told police that the man was hit by a grey sedan, which sped away immediately after the collision.
