Life-threatening waves and dangerous currents are expected throughout Wednesday, with waves predicted to reach between 4 and 7 feet. Wind speeds will range from 15 to 20 mph, with gusts potentially hitting 35 to 40 mph.
Fort Wayne residents can expect rainy conditions from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with wind intensifying around 2 p.m. Today’s temperatures will peak at 75°F with a high chance of rain at 90%. Thursday promises a break in the rain, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 82°F. However, the respite will be short-lived as scattered showers are expected to return on Friday, with a 30% chance of rain and temperatures reaching 64°F.
The weekend will see mixed weather, with partly sunny skies on Saturday and a high of 66°F, followed by a 40% chance of rain on Sunday. Early next week, temperatures will stabilize around the low 70s, with clear skies anticipated on Tuesday.
