Lowell, IN – The Indiana State Police are currently seeking candidates for two distinct positions at their Lowell Laboratory and Lowell District offices. 

The first opening is for a Forensic Scientist III in the Drug Identification Unit, offering an annual salary of $66,534, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in a natural science and relevant laboratory experience. The second position is for a Criminal Analyst II, with a salary of $53,222 annually, focusing on criminal intelligence analysis. 

Both roles emphasize the necessity of strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments. 

Applicants must pass a background check and meet specific educational prerequisites. The application deadlines for these positions are May 12th for the Forensic Scientist and May 5th for the Criminal Analyst.
