Baltimore, MD – Snowfall is expected to continue across Maryland, creating hazardous road conditions for commuters on Wednesday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Baltimore and surrounding counties, in effect until 7 a.m. Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, light snowfall will gradually taper off overnight, but slippery roads and reduced visibility could impact travel along I-95, I-695, and local highways. Accumulations of up to 1 inch of additional snow are possible in some areas. Motorists should use caution and check road conditions before heading out.
Looking ahead, Wednesday will bring a mix of rain and snow, with temperatures reaching a high of 38°F. By Thursday, conditions will improve with partly sunny skies and a high of 53°F, but gusty winds up to 33 mph could create additional travel concerns.
For Valentine’s Weekend, expect a mix of rain and snow on Saturday, with temperatures hovering in the mid-40s. Plan accordingly for potential delays and stay updated on changing conditions.
