Homer Glen, IL – The Will County Sheriff’s Office is inviting families to kick off the holiday season with a heartwarming fundraiser this weekend — Pictures With Santa — benefiting K9 Edo, one of the department’s police dogs.
The event takes place Sunday, November 9, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at K-9 Couture, 14408 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen. Photos with Santa will be available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by Red Truck family photos (without Santa) from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
A $20 minimum donation is suggested, with all proceeds going toward the purchase of a protective ballistic vest for K9 Edo. The Sheriff’s Office says every contribution helps enhance safety for the hardworking police dog who serves the local community.
Organizers are encouraging residents to come out, support a worthy cause, and create lasting holiday memories. The event combines festive fun with community giving — a chance to help protect those who protect others.
