Paducah, KY – A surge in temperatures is expected this weekend in Kentucky, with highs reaching into the low to mid-90s. Saturday’s weather will see temperatures climb from lows of 69°F to highs around 92°F under mostly sunny skies.

According to the U.S. National Weather Service, the warming trend will intensify through Sunday, with temperatures peaking near 94°F. By Monday, Paducah residents should prepare for even higher temperatures, as highs are expected to reach 96°F.

Tuesday will likely be the hottest day, with temperatures nearing 99°F. The heat will persist into midweek before slightly cooling on Thursday and Friday, with highs in the mid-90s.

Dry conditions will accompany the heat, with no rain in the forecast. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged outdoor activities during peak heat hours. Those who must work outside should take frequent breaks and wear light clothing to prevent heat-related illnesses.
