According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Francine’s outer bands will start affecting the area by Thursday, with a 75% chance of rain and a high of 75°F. Rain is expected to continue into Friday and Saturday, with precipitation levels decreasing but still significant, especially in flood-prone areas.
