Fond du Lac, Wisconsin – The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Benevolent Association is offering three $1,000 scholarships to eligible high school seniors this year.

The scholarships are available to students who reside in Fond du Lac County and plan to attend college during the next academic year. Applications and eligibility details are available through the Sheriff’s Office website.

The deadline to apply is 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Officials said this marks the 11th year the Benevolent Association has provided scholarship opportunities as part of its broader mission to support the community’s welfare and development. Funds for the scholarships are raised through events held throughout the year.

In addition to scholarship funding, the association has supported local food pantries and contributed to other charitable efforts across Fond du Lac County.

Students and families are encouraged to review application requirements early to ensure submissions are completed before the deadline. For graduating seniors preparing for fall enrollment, the awards may help offset tuition and related college expenses.

Further fundraising events and community initiatives are expected to be announced in the coming months.
