JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Florida’s First Coast is set for a nearly perfect stretch of Fall weather as clear skies and mild temperatures take hold through the weekend. Morning commutes along I-95 and I-10 will be comfortable under bright blue skies, with ideal conditions for outdoor events, pumpkin patches, and park visits.

According to the National Weather Service in Jacksonville, steady northeast winds will keep humidity in check and skies mostly clear through Friday. Afternoon highs will reach the upper 70s, while cooler mornings dip into the low to mid-60s — just crisp enough to remind Floridians that Fall has truly arrived.

No major hazards are expected, but NWS forecasters encourage drivers to stay alert for light morning fog near rivers and coastal bridges early Friday. Those with outdoor plans should use sunscreen, as UV levels remain moderate despite cooler air.

By the weekend, sunny skies and light breezes will continue, creating near-perfect weather for homecoming games, farmers markets, and Halloween decorating. Saturday’s highs near 79°F and clear evenings in the low 60s will make patio dining and evening walks especially pleasant.

A slight uptick in moisture late Sunday could bring a few isolated showers, mainly inland. Otherwise, Northeast Florida remains in a stable Fall pattern with no tropical threats on the horizon.
