The strongest storms are expected after sunrise, bringing the potential for gusty winds and localized flooding.

Cities like Orlando, Kissimmee, and Winter Park should brace for a soggy midweek. Morning commuters are urged to avoid flooded roadways and give themselves extra travel time, especially along Interstate 4 and surface roads in Orange and Osceola counties. Rainfall amounts may total three-quarters of an inch or more, with isolated areas seeing higher totals in thunderstorms.
