Tallahassee, FL – Drivers in Tallahassee should prepare for patchy dense fog early Tuesday before sunshine brings warm temperatures into the afternoon. The National Weather Service warns that visibility could drop below a quarter-mile in some areas before 8 a.m., creating hazardous driving conditions.

According to forecasters, calm winds and high humidity will allow fog to linger into the early morning hours before burning off as temperatures rise. Tuesday’s high will reach 77°F under mostly sunny skies. Overnight, expect another round of patchy fog with a low of 53°F.

By Wednesday, temperatures will climb to 79°F, though morning fog could again impact visibility. The warm, sunny pattern will persist through Thursday and Friday, with daytime highs hovering near 79°F and overnight lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Weekend plans look promising, with mostly sunny skies Saturday and a high near 78°F. Nights will remain mild, with lows in the upper 50s.

Travelers and morning commuters should drive with caution in foggy conditions and allow extra time for travel. Stay updated with local weather alerts for real-time conditions.
