Christmas Eve promises partly cloudy weather with a high of 66 degrees, while Christmas Day will likely see a slight chance of showers after 1 p.m., with highs near 69 degrees.
Drivers should remain cautious on shaded roadways, particularly in rural areas where frost could linger longer. Residents are encouraged to cover sensitive plants and check on elderly neighbors during the overnight freezes.
