Tallahassee, FL – A dense fog advisory remains in effect for Tallahassee and the Florida Panhandle until 10 AM Thursday, with visibility reduced to a quarter-mile or less in some areas. Commuters on I-10 and surrounding roads should exercise caution, use headlights, and allow extra travel time.

According to the National Weather Service, widespread fog is expected to lift by mid-morning, giving way to mostly sunny conditions with a high of 78°F. South winds will remain light at 5 mph. Fog will return overnight into Friday, lingering until 9 AM before clearing for another warm day, with a high near 77°F.

Looking ahead, Saturday and Sunday will bring mostly sunny skies, with highs reaching 78–81°F. Patchy fog remains possible in the early mornings, particularly in low-lying areas.
