Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Ann Arbor, Michigan Claims Life of Milan Man

Ann Arbor, MI – A motorcyclist from Milan was killed in a crash involving an SUV Thursday afternoon in Ann Arbor.

According to the Ann Arbor Police Department, officers responded to the intersection of W. Stadium Boulevard and Winewood Avenue at 2:45 p.m. Preliminary investigations revealed the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on W. Stadium Boulevard when he collided with an SUV turning left from northbound W. Stadium onto Winewood Avenue.

The motorcyclist, a 46-year-old man from Milan, suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV, a 60-year-old man, was uninjured. Authorities believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.

The Ann Arbor Fire Department and Huron Valley Ambulance assisted at the scene. Investigators are working to determine the exact circumstances leading to the collision. The police are urging anyone with additional information about the incident to come forward.
