According to the National Weather Service Central Illinois, isolated showers could affect the eastern part of the state today, while the rest of Illinois can expect dry conditions.

High pressure is moving into the region, bringing low humidity and cooler temperatures. Overnight lows are forecasted to range between 59 and 62 degrees. As the week progresses, daytime highs will generally hover between 78 and 82 degrees on Monday, with temperatures slightly dipping on Tuesday and Wednesday, reaching highs of 75 to 79 degrees.
