DuPage County, IL — The weather is getting warmer and farmers markets are back in season. Each week of the summer, local farmers and businesses bring their products to DuPage residents.
Wheaton
The French Market in Downtown Wheaton runs every Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. until October 25. The French market will remain open through November 29 with shortened days ending at 1 p.m.
Naperville
On Tuesdays from 3 to 7 p.m. starting July 1 through September 23, the Naper Settlement Farmers Market has local produce and educational classes. Live bluegrass and acoustic music will be played from the porch of the Paw Paw Post Office.
Winfield
From 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays, the Winfield Farmers Market located at County Farm and Geneva roads sells a variety of foods and home goods.
Orland Park
The Orland Park Farmers Market is open from June to September on Thursdays at 4 to 8 p.m. The market hosts over 50 vendors seasonally, including wood fire pizza and La Humita food truck.
Glen Ellyn
Every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Glen Ellyn French Market is open by the Main Street Train Station until September 26. Enjoy produce, meat, crafts and baked goods.
Lisle
The Lisle French Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Located at the Prairie Walk Pond, this market is available May through October.
Downers Grove
The market located downtown at the Main Street Train Station is open Saturdays from May to October. Stop by from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Elmhurst
Elmhurst hosts a French market on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is also a farmers market on Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both markets open in June, with the French market closing in September and the farmers market in October.
Lombard
Every Tuesday from May to October, visit the Lombard Farmers Market at Park Avenue and St. Charles Road from 3 to 7 p.m.
Bolingbrook
The Street Market is open every other Thursday from June to August at The Promenade Bolingbrook. Vendors are available from 4 to 9 p.m
