Crown Point, IN – Police responded to a report of alleged public indecency near Madison Street and Aspen Drive early yesterday morning. A male suspect reportedly exited a vehicle and pulled his pants down in front of a school bus. Officers arrived at approximately 6:42 a.m. and spoke with the complainant about the incident.
According to the Crown Point Police Department, a video of the scene was later obtained, but it did not substantiate the initial claim. The department confirmed that the alleged incident did not occur as described and has been deemed unfounded.
