Cleveland, OH – It’s a cool and partly cloudy start to November across northern Ohio, with highs in the mid-50s and a few isolated rain showers possible in the Lake Erie Snowbelt, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.

Forecasters say lake effect clouds will develop over northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania, bringing occasional light rain to areas such as Ashtabula, Erie, and Geauga counties. Elsewhere, skies will stay partly sunny and dry, with breezy afternoon conditions.

Temperatures will top out between 52°F and 56°F, with winds from the west-northwest adding a crisp feel to the air. Tonight, skies clear gradually with lows dropping into the upper 30s to low 40s.

The weekend looks seasonably cool but mostly dry, setting up a pleasant stretch of early November weather across the region.

Residents near the lakeshore should expect brief, light showers at times, while inland areas will remain dry and comfortable for outdoor plans.
