Danville, IL – Police have arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery at a Dairy Queen that took place on September 21. Authorities took 25-year-old Jose Quintana of Cicero into custody Wednesday.
According to the Danville Police Department, officers from the Community Housing Unit arrested Quintana on October 3. He is facing charges of armed robbery, as well as obstructing and resisting a peace officer.
The arrest stems from a September incident in which Quintana allegedly robbed the Dairy Queen. Police say Quintana is also being held on an outstanding warrant from Cook County.
