According to the National Weather Service, early evening showers and isolated thunderstorms will diminish tonight, leading to foggy conditions overnight into Friday. Patches of dense fog are possible before quickly dissipating in the morning. While there is a slight chance of showers or thunderstorms south of I-80 on Friday and Saturday afternoons, primarily dry and warm conditions are expected over the weekend. Cooler temperatures will prevail near Lake Michigan.
