Charleston, SC – Southeast South Carolina is set for cooler nights this week, with inland areas dropping to the mid-40s and coastal areas seeing lows in the mid-50s. Tonight will bring a noticeable chill across the region, with inland lows ranging from 46° to 49°, while coastal temperatures hover between 54° and 57°.
According to the National Weather Service, Charleston will experience clear skies and cooler overnight conditions, with temperatures continuing to dip throughout the week. Monday’s high will reach 76°, but overnight lows will fall to around 63°. Inland areas will feel the biggest drop in temperature tonight, as calm winds and clear skies allow for cooler conditions.
Looking ahead, the sunny and pleasant daytime weather will continue, with highs near 77° on Tuesday and Wednesday. Overnight lows, however, will remain cool, with inland areas seeing temperatures drop into the 40s again by midweek. Coastal regions should prepare for lows in the 60s, slightly warmer due to proximity to the ocean.
