By Wednesday, Christmas Day, rain chances rise to 40%, with temperatures nearing 42 degrees. A southeast wind may create additional challenges for holiday travelers. The week ends with warming conditions; Thursday’s highs may reach 48 degrees, followed by a rainy Friday, where temperatures could climb to 54 degrees.
