The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Taylor and Clark counties, with snow and ice starting this evening. The heaviest snowfall, potentially exceeding 1 inch per hour, is expected during the late evening and overnight hours. Gusty winds of up to 40 mph could further complicate conditions, reducing visibility and creating hazardous road conditions.
According to the National Weather Service, snow accumulation between 2 and 4 inches is anticipated, along with ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch.
