Florida is experiencing above-average warmth today, with highs reaching the low 80s across the Treasure Coast. However, beachgoers should exercise caution due to a moderate risk of rip currents and a small craft advisory in effect for coastal waters.

According to the National Weather Service, the warming trend will continue throughout the day, with mostly sunny skies and light winds. Isolated showers could develop near the Treasure Coast and may drift inland during the afternoon.

Wednesday will bring an increased chance of rain, with showers and possible thunderstorms expected after 1 p.m. Highs will peak near 82°F, accompanied by gusty winds up to 25 mph. Thursday and Friday will see slightly cooler temperatures, with highs in the mid-70s under mostly sunny skies.

This weekend, a slight chance of showers could return, especially on Saturday afternoon, but temperatures will remain comfortable, ranging from the mid-70s to upper 70s.

For those planning outdoor activities, consider visiting beaches early in the week while remaining cautious of water hazards. Boaters should monitor conditions closely due to the small craft advisory.
