Centerville, OH – A former Centerville City Schools employee has been indicted on additional felony charges after investigators identified two more alleged minor victims during an ongoing child exploitation investigation.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies launched the investigation on May 20, 2026, after Centerville City Schools administrators reported an anonymous allegation involving employee Tyheed Miller.

Authorities said Miller was originally indicted on charges of endangering children and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. As the investigation continued, detectives executed a search warrant and reviewed social media data, which investigators say led to the identification of two additional alleged minor victims.

According to the sheriff’s office, investigators determined the two additional alleged victims were also students Miller assisted during his employment with Centerville City Schools.

As a result of the continued investigation, Miller has now been indicted on additional charges, including:

  • Three counts of Endangering Children (second-degree felony)
  • Three counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance (second-degree felony)
  • Four counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance (fifth-degree felony)

Sheriff Rob Streck said the additional charges resulted from detectives continuing to pursue every available investigative lead after the initial indictment.

The investigation remains ongoing. The allegations have been filed in court, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
