Cass County, MI – A 39-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Cass County, Michigan, after allegedly attempting to break into homes in the Wayne Township area.
According to Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach, deputies were dispatched to Twin Shores Road at approximately 2:17 p.m. Upon arrival, law enforcement found the suspect and conducted a search of his vehicle, where they uncovered stolen property. The man was taken into custody on charges of Breaking and Entering into an unoccupied dwelling.
The investigation is still ongoing, with the suspect’s name withheld pending arraignment in the 4th District Court. K-9 Sitka assisted in the investigation.
