Logansport, IN – A woman was ambushed early Tuesday morning in her Logansport home by three men searching for a juvenile. The incident occurred around 6:24 a.m. on the 3000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to Logansport police, the woman said the men arrived at her home, asking for a juvenile. As they left, the woman went inside to call 911. The men then fired multiple shots into the home, with one bullet striking the woman.
She was transported to an out-of-town hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police are actively searching for the suspects.
