Calhoun County, MI: Video Captures Armed Suspects in Commercial Building Break-In

Springfield, MI – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in a break-in early Monday morning. The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on the 100 block of Avenue C in Springfield.

According to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, the suspects were caught on video surveillance breaking into an unoccupied commercial building. The footage reveals that one of the suspects appears to be armed with a firearm. The Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau is currently investigating the incident, and items of evidentiary value have been recovered from the scene for further analysis.

The Sheriff’s Office is increasing patrols in the area to support the ongoing investigation. They are urging anyone with information about the suspects to come forward. The suspects were dressed in dark clothing, with one seen climbing a structure and the other holding a firearm.
