MINNEAPOLIS – Target is expanding its curbside service to include returns, allowing customers to make the process more convenient by doing it from their cars. This comes after a successful trial of drive-up purchases in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Some locations are also offering customers the option of adding Starbucks to their order, giving them the opportunity to grab a drink while waiting for their return to be processed. The service is expected to roll out to all of Target’s 2,000 locations by the end of this summer.

Target stated that the new curbside service will be especially beneficial for people traveling with children, pets, or people with certain disabilities. Additionally, the service is free to use.

Target has been investing heavily in its digital and online offerings in recent years to keep up with competitors like Amazon. The curbside service is just one of many ways that Target is attempting to provide a more convenient shopping experience for customers.

With the introduction of curbside returns and Starbucks pickups, Target is hoping to further establish itself as a go-to destination for customers who value convenience and a seamless shopping experience.
