Bradley, IL – In anticipation of the April 8 solar eclipse, the Bradley Public Library is hosting a special Solar Eclipse Craft Event on Tuesday, offering an educational prelude to the astronomical spectacle. The library’s weekly calendar, available at www.bradleylibrary.org, is rich with activities, all leading up to this celestial-themed crafting session.

According to the Bradley Public Library, the Solar Eclipse Craft Event is a standout occasion designed to educate and engage the community in the science and beauty of solar eclipses. It’s a perfect opportunity for families to learn together, with the craft event allowing participants to create their own eclipse-themed art.

This creative session is part of a week-long series of events at the library, including ‘Sensory Storytime’ and ‘Awesome Artists’, aimed at sparking curiosity and fostering a love for learning. With ‘Sit & Be Fit’ classes and an ‘Author Meet & Greet’, the library maintains its role as a vibrant cultural hub. Although Dr. Temple Grandin’s event is rescheduled for June, the packed schedule ensures that the library remains a nexus of community activity and learning as the excitement for the eclipse grows.
