The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a forecast predicting warm and humid conditions with the highest chances of thunderstorms on Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service, today will be mostly sunny with highs generally reaching the mid to upper 80s. Monday’s forecast calls for partly to mostly sunny skies with isolated showers and thunderstorms east of I-81, maintaining highs in the 80s.

Looking ahead, the weather will remain warm and humid. Tuesday will see a 35% chance of rain with temperatures peaking at 84°F. On Wednesday, the likelihood of showers and thunderstorms increases to 55%, with the main threat being heavy rainfall and localized poor drainage flooding. Highs are expected to reach around 79°F.

Thursday is anticipated to be sunny with a high of 83°F, providing a brief respite from the humid conditions. The warmth continues into Friday and Saturday, both days featuring highs in the low 80s and partly cloudy skies.
