Baltimore, MD – Families across Baltimore are invited to join a festive Halloween celebration this Wednesday as the Metro Dispatch Morale Committee hosts its annual Trunk or Treat at 2330 Broening Highway. The event runs from 4 to 8 p.m. on October 29, welcoming children and families for an evening of candy, costumes, and community fun.

According to event organizers, this year’s celebration will feature decorated car trunks, vendors, games, and face painting, offering a safe and exciting way for children to enjoy Halloween. The event is open to the public and designed for all ages, with plenty of treats and photo opportunities for families.

Organizers are also encouraging community members to contribute by decorating their vehicles or donating candy. “Additional trunks and candy donations are always welcome,” said Director Stacey Newton, who is coordinating the event. Those interested can contact her at 410-977-5417 for more details.

The Trunk or Treat event aims to provide a safe, family-oriented alternative to traditional trick-or-treating while fostering community connection and Halloween spirit in southeast Baltimore.
