Investigators say Franklin was last seen on Friday, December 6, around 3:38 p.m., at the Press Your Luck Casino located at 237 Broad Street in New Bethlehem.
Police say Franklin left the casino with his brother and girlfriend but later separated from them. He then continued on foot westbound along Hunter Way in New Bethlehem and has not been seen since.
Franklin is described as a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes. At the time he went missing, he was wearing a gray winter jacket, navy-blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and gray-and-white tennis shoes. Authorities confirmed there is surveillance footage showing Franklin on the day he disappeared.
