Addison, IL – A house fire on North Lombard Road prompted a swift response from the Addison Fire Protection District #1 on October 15. Firefighters arrived at 10:41 p.m. to find smoke coming from an attached garage. Crews worked quickly and brought the fire under control within nine minutes. All scene operations concluded within an hour.
According to the Addison Fire District, one occupant was evacuated and evaluated by paramedics at the scene. The individual refused transport. No injuries were reported among residents or responders.
