Indiana Traffic Advisory: U.S. 12 Eastbound Closure in Porter County for Urgent Repairs 

Porter County, IN – Indiana motorists face significant detours this week as eastbound U.S. 12 in Porter County is closed for urgent infrastructure repairs. 

The Indiana Department of Transportation has set up a detour route that includes State Road 249, U.S. 20, and S.R. 149. Drivers are advised to allow for additional travel time or to seek alternative routes. The repairs on this critical Indiana transportation artery are crucial and are expected to continue throughout the week.
