Three Injured in Overnight Shooting in Peoria, Police Investigating Incident

PEORIA, IL — In the late hours of Tuesday, Peoria Police responded to a Shot Spotter alert in the 2400 block of N. North Street, indicating 15 rounds fired. 

Officers arriving on the scene discovered three adult males with gunshot wounds. Two victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries, while the third suffered life-threatening injuries. All were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The Peoria Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, Crime Scene Unit, and Patrol Unit are actively investigating the incident. 

Currently, no suspects have been identified.
