KANKAKEE, IL – The Community Arts Council of Kankakee County and The Kankakee County Historical Society are gearing up to deliver a magical experience this holiday season with “Miracle on 8th: A Kris Kringle Market.” Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 9th, from 10 am to 3 pm at the museum grounds.

This eagerly anticipated event promises something for everyone in the family. From engaging games and crafts to s’mores and hot chocolate, attendees will have a delightful time. Musical performances, shopping opportunities, and visits with beloved winter characters will add to the festive ambiance.

Highlighting the event is the 45th Annual Gallery of Trees display, showcasing awe-inspiring trees designed by the community. Attendees can cast their votes for their favorite trees while enjoying a heartwarming day out with loved ones.

“Miracle on 8th” will offer a unique chance to find hand-made gifts for everyone on your holiday list, ensuring unforgettable memories this December.
