Chicagoland Speedway announced today that nine-time AMA Motocross/Supercross National Champion Ryan Villopoto will serve as the official pace car driver for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Camping World 400 on June 30.
Effective July, 1, 2019, the hours of operation at the Administration Building will change fro weekdays, 9am – 5pm to 8am – 4pm. The City will continue to observe the designated holidays as approved by the city council. In response to the needs of the community and to align hours of operation with other city departments, the administration is making the change to enhance service delivery.

Kankakee, IL – The administrative leaders of the City of Kankakee recently partnered with the Department of Continuing Education at Kankakee Community College for a customized strategic planning session. The session lasted the entire day and included department heads from the City and Environmental Services Utility (ESU).
Thursday was unofficially dubbed “Dude’s Day” at Chicagoland Speedway. That’s in part to the rare scene of worlds colliding from the world of Motorsports and Acting as NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr., motocross superstar Ryan Villopoto and Chicago Fire Actor Taylor Kinney spent the afternoon at Chicagoland Speedway doing pace car laps, hitting golf balls from four stories above the race track into the infield and rode pit bikes.
