CHICAGO – Yet another of the mysterious monolith structures has appeared on a beach in Britain.
According to the BBC, an Isle of Wight resident made the discovery Sunday saying it was “really quite magical” after finding it while walking. Similar structures have appeared in Utah, Romania, and California. The new monolith that appeared on Compton Beach on the west side of the Island, has been described as 7.5 ft tall by 2 ft wide.
Similar monoliths have been removed by unofficial means by residents in America with reasons ranging from natural preservationists to religious.
