Connect with Bourbonnais at tonight’s Community Open House

Bourbonnais, IL – The Village of Bourbonnais is pleased to announce the Community Open House on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The annual event held in the Community Room within the Municipal Center at 700 Main Street NW encourages all residents and local business owners to attend. Learn about available programs and services within the village and have questions answered in a casual setting.

Visitors can meet and talk with elected village officials, village department management, local organizations and staff. A welcome and brief comments from Mayor Schore is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.

“We look forward to the Community Open House event every year,” explained Mayor Schore. “This gives the village staff and community an opportunity to interact in person, and learn about what is available and upcoming in the Village of Bourbonnais. It’s important to remain connected and get to know who we are representing.”

Attendees can obtain information regarding various departments and programs within the Village of Bourbonnais, including but not limited to, building permits, code enforcement, landlord registration, village parks, sidewalk program, street maintenance, snow removal, vacation watch, community and development growth, financial and budget planning, upcoming projects, Aqua Illinois, Census 2020 and more.
