Billings, MT – Another day of extreme temperatures is forecast for Montana tomorrow, with highs expected to reach the low to mid-100s. The National Weather Service in Billings issued a warning urging residents to take precautions against the heat.
According to the National Weather Service, the heatwave will impact various cities, with temperatures soaring to 106°F in Jordan, 105°F in Baker and Roundup, and 104°F in Miles City. Billings is forecast to hit 103°F, while Livingston may reach 104°F.
Residents are advised to stay indoors as much as possible, particularly during peak heat hours. The National Weather Service recommends hydrating frequently, wearing light-colored clothing, and avoiding strenuous outdoor activities. Extreme heat poses significant health risks, including heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
