LaSalle County, IL – A Kendall County man died after falling at Starved Rock State Park in LaSalle County on Saturday afternoon.
According to officials from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), the incident was reported around 4:30 p.m. in the park’s Illinois Canyon. On Monday, the LaSalle County Coroner identified the victim as 38-year-old Albert Cramer of Oswego. Preliminary autopsy results indicate Cramer died of “fatal injuries sustained from the fall.”
The incident remains under investigation by the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office, Illinois Conservation Police Department, and Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigation Unit.
