Kentucky Weather Forecast: Thunderstorms and Below-Normal Temperatures Persist

Paducah, KY – Daily thunderstorms and below-normal temperatures are forecast for Kentucky through Saturday. Highs will range from 81 to 88 degrees, while lows will be in the mid-60s to lower 70s.

According to the US National Weather Service in Paducah, isolated to scattered afternoon thunderstorms are expected each day. Despite typical summer heat, temperatures will remain below normal levels.

Today, there’s a 50% chance of rain, with temperatures ranging from 68 to 84 degrees. Wednesday and Thursday will see continued rain chances of 45% and 40%, respectively, with highs reaching 84 to 87 degrees. Friday and Saturday will maintain this pattern, with slightly decreasing rain probabilities.

As we head into the weekend, temperatures will hold steady with highs around 87 degrees. Sunday promises a break from the rain, while Monday begins to warm up, reaching 92 degrees.

Looking ahead, temperatures are expected to rise, approaching more typical summer highs in the low 90s by mid-next week. The weather remains unstable, with fluctuating rain chances early next week.
