Madison County, IL – Motorists in Madison County are advised to plan for delays as the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has announced lane closures on Interstate 270.
Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, April 19, repairs will necessitate lane closures in both directions between Illinois 3 and Riverview Drive in Missouri. While one lane will remain open to traffic, the department expects all lanes to reopen by 5 a.m. on Monday, April 22.
